Can't set up Netflix Kids

A country must be selected to view content in this article.

If you can’t select Kids Profile in Viewing Restrictions, then the profile may be set to allow shows and movies with a higher maturity rating level than the Netflix Kids experience.

• To use the Netflix Kids experience for that profile, select a lower maturity level.

• If you select a maturity level higher than the kids level for your region, the profile won't show the Netflix Kids experience.
